I was listening to the Jimmy Church Radio Show last night with guest Richard Dolan. I followed Richard’s chat, and I was on twitter. During the commercial breaks I listened to Richard Dolan’s conversation with his chat.
Richard Dolan is an academic, an established debater, historian and knows the rules of proper conduct in a conversation/debate. He is also a very ethical man and will not overstep the guidelines for elucidation of an idea because he knows that it’s extremely unproductive.
A significant amount of my recent work has been written in response to arguments made by other libertarian thinkers. As such, the time is ripe for a guide to how this is best done. This article will take the reader through the process of an exchange of ideas from start to finish, and explain my ten simple rules for debating. Those who follow these rules are guaranteed to become more successful debaters, as well as less stressed and overworked.
Pick your battles. While a person of little renown may have enough time to engage with whomever one pleases at whatever length one desires, people who have less time to spend engaging in debates must choose which opponents to engage and which to ignore, as well as how long to engage each opponent. It is best to have a consistent rubric for this, which will be discussed further in rules 2 and 9.
Engage only those worthy of being engaged. Some people are capable of maintaining a rational discourse, while other people cannot seem to communicate without resorting to personal attacks, profanity, threats, and other such uncivil behavior. Some people have interesting and novel insights, while other people insist upon bringing up points which have been refuted a thousand times. Some people are experts in the fields of which they speak, while other people do not stick to their lasts. Some people make the effort to properly support an argument, while other people Gish gallop. A person’s behavior in this regard is a strong indicator of whether that person is worthy of one’s attention. Note that other debaters will judge you by a similar standard, so be the kind of person that someone else would be willing to debate.
Do your research. If you know a topic in great detail, you will be more able to counter any argument your opponent may make. An uninformed debater is an incompetent debater. An unprepared debater is a sloppy debater. Also, make sure that the sources you study are reliable. If the opponent is competent, a misinformed debater will be an embarrassed debater.
Do not argue to convince the opponent; argue to convince a third party. In many cases, a person worthy of being engaged will be firmly entrenched in a position, and it may even be against the nature of the format for your opponent to come over to your side. Focus instead on convincing the audience, whether they be people watching a live debate or reading a correspondence. This methodology is stated explicitly in some debate formats, but it is sound strategy regardless.
Base your arguments upon logic (logos), not emotion (pathos) or authority (ethos). A debate is properly won by using reason and evidence to demonstrate that one’s position is superior to that of one’s opponent. Detouring into appeals to emotion can help one connect with the audience or provoke an opponent into a misstep, but this does not advance one’s case in a rigorous manner. Appealing to the authority of oneself or someone else can dissuade a weak opponent or convince a less intelligent audience, but attempting this against a strong opponent in front of a knowledgeable audience is a recipe for disaster.
Relentlessly attack logical fallacies and weak arguments. It is important to point out every shortcoming that you can find in your opponent’s case. Doing so will make you more skilled in identifying logical fallacies and weak arguments, which means that opponents will be less able to get away with sloppy reasoning in future debates. Do not worry about being pedantic; your job is to find all weaknesses in your opponent’s case and illuminate them to make your case appear stronger by comparison.
Focus on the task at hand. A debate can easily go off track, especially if the subject matter is wide, deep, or both. Avoid making arguments that neither support your case nor attack your opponent’s case. Only go into the weeds if your opponent takes you there; the person who begins the foray into many different minutiae is usually running out of solid logic and evidence.
Destroy arguments, not people. Be respectful of your opponent, or at least be as respectful of your opponent as he or she is of you. Resorting to personal attacks (or escalating them if they are already in use) is a refuge of a person with weak arguments, and it will make people less willing to consider your case on its merits. Remember, your job is to defeat your opponent’s arguments, not his or her character.
Know when to quit. There comes a point in every debate at which further discussion has diminishing returns or even becomes completely pointless. It is important to learn to identify that point and stop there. Sometimes this will be clear; an opponent may even announce that a particular round will be his or her closing argument. If this happens, respond with a closing argument of your own and be finished; do not repeatedly pummel the opponent after he or she has left the debate. This may also be the case in a timed or response-limited debate, in which case one should abide by the rules of the format. In other cases, it will be a matter of personal judgment to decide to walk away from a debate.
Handle both defeat and victory appropriately. No one likes a sore loser or a bad winner. If you lose a debate, reflect on how and why you lost. Then, take the necessary steps to avoid losing in the same manner in a future debate. This may involve more study of the debate topic, reviewing logical fallacies, or even changing one’s position on an issue. If you win, do not gloat or boast. Accept victory graciously, then check your discourse for arguments that could have been stronger or presented more effectively. Jimmy Church is a radio host. What we were listening to last night was a radio show. Not a court of law. Jimmy has said this many times on his show, he will interview anybody. He will give them as much rope as they want. His job is to make the guest comfortable and elicit the conversation, while asking the questions that everybody wants answers to, and that is a gift he brings to the show. It is not, nor has it ever been, nor can I conceive that it ever will be a court of law or a place where emotional bashing will ever be allowed to occur! I have heard him politely hang up on people who try to take the conversation there. Those are his ethics. He will not step beyond them, just as Richard Dolan will not.
What just makes my jaw drop is the preponderance of loud noise people can make when they do not know about critical thinking or debate. The loudest voice never wins, nor does the meanest. Period. There was so much verbal battery going on in the comments last night that I was floored. What has happened to everybody’s minds???
It was not the purpose of either person speaking to provide evidence of any kind. This wasn’t even a debate, it was a conversation. It certainly wasn’t a court of law…
In a court of law:
Evidentiary Standards and Burdens of Proof
In almost every legal proceeding, the parties are required to adhere to important rules known as evidentiary standards and burdens of proof. These rules determine which party is responsible for putting forth enough evidence to either prove or defeat a particular claim and the amount of evidence necessary to accomplish that goal.
The Burden of Proof
The burden of proof determines which party is responsible for putting forth evidence and the level of evidence they must provide in order to prevail on their claim. In most cases, the plaintiff (the party bringing the claim) has the burden of proof.
The burden of proof has two components. First, the plaintiff must satisfy the burden of production, which has also been referred to as the burden of going forward. As the terms suggest, this burden requires the plaintiff to put forth evidence in the form of witness testimony, documents, or objects. After the plaintiff presents his or her case-in-chief, the burden of production shifts to the defendant, who then has the opportunity to provide evidence either rebutting the plaintiff’s evidence or supporting the defendant’s own arguments.
Evidentiary Standards in Civil Cases
Preponderance of the Evidence
Second, the plaintiff must satisfy the burden of persuasion. This burden determines which standard of proof the plaintiff must follow in presenting evidence to the judge or jury. A standard of proof determines the amount of evidence the plaintiff or defendant needs to provide in order for the jury to reach a particular determination. In most civil cases, the burden of persuasion that applies is called “a preponderance of the evidence.” This standard requires the jury to return a judgment in favor of the plaintiff if the plaintiff is able to show that a particular fact or event was more likely than not to have occurred. Some scholars define the preponderance of the evidence standard as requiring a finding that at least 51 percent of the evidence favors the plaintiff’s outcome.
Clear and Convincing Evidence
In some civil cases, the burden of proof is elevated to a higher standard called “clear and convincing evidence.” This burden of proof requires the plaintiff to prove that a particular fact is substantially more likely than not to be true. Some courts have described this standard as requiring the plaintiff to prove that there is a high probability that a particular fact is true. This standard sets a higher threshold than the preponderance of the evidence standard, but it does not quite rise to the widely recognized standard used in criminal cases, known as “beyond a reasonable doubt.”
Substantial Evidence
In administrative law proceedings, the standard of proof that most commonly applies is the substantial evidence standard. This standard requires the plaintiff or moving party to provide enough evidence that a reasonable mind could accept as adequate to support a particular conclusion.
Evidentiary Standards in Criminal Cases
Beyond a Reasonable Doubt
The “beyond a reasonable doubt” standard is the highest standard of proof that may be imposed upon a party at trial, and it is usually the standard used in criminal cases. This standard requires the prosecution to show that the only logical explanation that can be derived from the facts is that the defendant committed the alleged crime, and that no other logical explanation can be inferred or deduced from the evidence. The United States Supreme Court in Victor v. Nebraska, 511 U.S. 1 (1994), described this standard as “such doubt as would give rise to a grave uncertainty, raised in your mind by reasons of the unsatisfactory character of the evidence or lack thereof . . . . What is required is not an absolute or mathematical certainty, but a moral certainty.”
Credible Evidence
Another common standard of proof used in some criminal law proceedings is the credible evidence standard. Credible evidence is evidence that is not necessarily true but that is worthy of belief and worthy of the jury’s consideration. Some have defined this standard as requiring the jury to conclude that the evidence is natural, reasonable, and probable in order for it to be credible.

Further, IMO (here it comes) when evidentiary standards and burden of proof are applied to the UFO question, we do not even know the scope of the situation. For instance, there is a preponderance of opinion out there that consciousness needs to added into the equation to properly understand what a reasonable question could/should be. From a quantum physics aspect looking at consciousness, this makes sense because of the ‘observer effect’ and entanglement. From an experiencer aspect it appears to be the whole of the experience from the preponderance of the data.
BEYOND UFOS: THE SCIENCE OF CONSCIOUSNESS AND CONTACT WITH NON HUMAN INTELLIGENCE(VOLUME ONE)
This 820 page book details the academic research findings of the world’s first comprehensive multi-language quantitative and qualitative 5 year academic research study on individuals that have had UFO related contact with Non-Human Intelligence (NHI)– The FREE Experiencer Research Study.
Over the last 5 years FREE has collected detailed responses to 3 extensive quantitative and qualitative surveys from over 4,200 individuals from over 100 countries. Our survey findings from these thousands of “Experiencers” contradict much of what is circulating in mainstream materialist Ufology.
Our academic book will establish a new paradigm for viewing the UAP (UFO) Contact Phenomenon. FREE argues that “Consciousness” and the paranormal and psychic aspects of this phenomenon is the key to understanding this complex phenomenon instead of the traditional materialist perspective of “nuts & bolt’s” Ufology.
The Dr. Edgar Mitchell Foundation for Research into Extraterrestrial and Extraordinary Experiences, or FREE, is a 501c3 Academic Research Not for Profit Foundation. FREE was co-founded by the late Apollo 14 astronaut Dr. Edgar Mitchell, Dr. Rudy Schild, an Emeritus Research Astronomer at the Harvard/Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics at Harvard University, Australian researcher Mary Rodwell and Rey Hernandez, an Attorney and Experiencer who was a Ph.D. Candidate at the University of California at Berkeley. FREE is comprised of retired academic professors and lay researchers who have been researching the field of Unidentified Aerial Phenomenon (UAP) and contact with Non-Human Intelligence (NHI) for more than 30 years. The Executive Director of FREE is Harvard Astrophysicist Dr. Rudy Schild. From <https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07G3JLS3H/ref=dp-kindle-redirect?_encoding=UTF8&btkr=1>
And this doesn’t even scratch the surface of what needs to be added to the equation or quantified and debated. And yet – we descend into gossip and snarky attitudes over one little tiny insignificant piece of the puzzle and deem ourselves capable of not only presenting all the facts, but arguing them in a legal manner. This field is not about just one tiny little question, nor one tiny little person (or several) people. It is about the whole planet!
Wake up! Put your head on the right way and act like it’s not empty in there!!!!! grrrrrrrrrrr
This is how and why I found this transcript below by listening to this video. I have been tuning into Richard Dolan’s Lives shows. This video is his analysis of the Transcript.
This is a complete pull of an article from Paradigm Research Group.
(With some commentary – very little, I assure you – and some verification references that I thought were extremely interesting.)
Dr. Hal Puthoff Address to the SSE/IRVA Conference, Las Vegas, 8 June 2018
BENGSTON (Dr. William Bengston, President of the Society for Scientific Exploration): This certificate says, “Tim Dinsdale Memorial Award recognizing significant contributions to the expansion of human understanding through the study of unexplained phenomena. To Harold Puthoff for the application of sound scientific principles and methodologies to the study of remote perception; quantum, zero-point fluctuations; and unidentified aerial objects, and for recognizing the potential usefulness of these often-shunned phenomena in the real world.” To Hal.
PUTHOFF: Thank you, thank you. I am very honored to receive this award. I’ve known many of the previous recipients of the Dinsdale Award over the years, and they were all really, truly excellent researchers pushing the boundaries into the frontier areas of science. So to join their ranks I consider really quite a privilege.
The three areas he named in giving me the award, quantum vacuum fluctuations – actually I still publish in that area in physics journals. The second area remote viewing, in fact it’s very serendipitous that I should receive this award for this particular meeting since we have this cosponsored event with the Society for Scientific Exploration on the one hand and IRVA, International Remote Viewing Association, on the other – I was a founding member of IRVA, so I’m really excited to see how people have picked up the ball and run with it in that area.
The third area, Unidentified Aerial Phenomena, I have not published anything in. Why? Because the program I was involved in, in the Pentagon and in the intelligence community has been Top Secret, behind-the-scenes and only recently has there been release of information about the program. So this is the first chance that I’ve had a chance to actually appear before the public and speak about details of the program and not go to jail. So I’m going to go along at a rapid clip; I’ve got a lot of information here. So here we go.
The SSE is no stranger to the subject of UFOs. Unidentified Aerial Phenomena is just a new acronym for UFOs. Back a couple of decades ago Peter Sturrock – one of our founding members of SSE – arranged with (Laurance) Rockefeller to hold a weeklong workshop at the Rockefeller residence. We brought in the best of the UFO researchers, and then a panel of independent experts, and had a weeklong discussion of physical evidence related to UFO objects of which there’s a significant amount of data. Laurance Rockefeller hosted the whole thing. It was a wonderful meeting.
Eventually after publishing in the SSE journal (“Physical Evidence Related to UFO Reports,” Journal of Scientific Exploration, Vol. 12, NO. 2, pp. 179-229), Peter Sturrock put together a book, The UFO Enigma: A New Review of the Physical Evidence (Warner Books, New York, NY, 1999) and it still one of the best books you can find out there to take a look at what are the physical aspects of UFOs that researchers have uncovered.
However, of course the government is also no stranger to the UFO phenomena. Anyone who follows the field would be familiar with Project Sign, Grudge and Blue Book, but in 1969 the Condon Committee shut it all down and said, really we don’t need to be involved in this area any more. We’re not learning anything. We’re not getting anywhere. It’s not clear this is a significant area. So for the average person on the street, that’s where it all kind of ended, at least serious government interest. In fact, that’s not true.
The very memo that shut down Blue Book written by General Bolender had as part of its language, “Reports of UFOs which could affect national security would continue to be handled through the standard Air Force procedures designed for this purpose.”
Nonetheless, as far as the public was concerned that was it. Even the Air Force public affairs office put out circulars all the time in response to questions saying, “We gave this up in 1969.” What, in fact, did occur was that there were programs going on behind the scenes anyway as required by the Bolender memo. Now most people did not know about these programs, they weren’t advertised, they weren’t responded to, FOIA requests usually went dry. But that all changed last December when the New York Times published a front-page story on how there was this program investigating this area – Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program. (Helene Cooper, Leslie Kean and Ralph Blumenthal. “2 Airmen and an Object That ‘Accelerated Like Nothing I’ve Ever Seen’.” The New York Times, 16 December 2017, page A27.)
It was deeply buried, but the New York Times had good sources and they came up with information about the program, and so there’s been a lot of publicity about it. Since the New York Times broke the story, TheWashington Post, CNN. Fox News – it’s been picked up all over the place.
One of the reasons why it’s attracted attention at this point is the quality of the sources going public. Ex-Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid is the one who initiated the program. Top-rated F-18 pilots who encountered Advanced Aerospace Vehicles at close range were permitted to come forward and tell their stories, which up till now they hadn’t because they didn’t want to lose their flight status by reporting what they had found, at least publicly. And a number of significant Department of Defense and intelligence community officials have come forward to talk about the reality of this phenomena and the fact that there were programs going on. The program was nicknamed Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP). People have had trouble trying to get documents out of the Pentagon by saying they want all documents on AATIP, and they have a hard time because that wasn’t the actual name of the program. “Advanced Aerospace Weapons Systems Application Program” is the actual name of the program. But AATIP was the nickname it went by.
It began in June of 2007. The Defense Intelligence Agency was concerned about the fact that obvious observation had shown that Advanced Aerospace Vehicles – crafts, or drones of unknown origin, were flying all over the United States, over waters, in fact globally as was the case. So a Congressional budget was approved to address the issue behind the scenes. Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid from Nevada was the one who was the initiator of the program, joined by Senator Inouye and Senator Stevens. These are the people who generally approve programs that were in the black, under high security, behind the scenes, and so they set up this program.
Senator Reid has not walked this back since all the news came out. He’s been very forthright and has given a number of interviews. This particular statement sort of captures it all, “We don’t know the answers, but we have plenty of evidence to support the questions. This is about science and national security. If America doesn’t take the lead in answering these questions, others will.”
There is a two-fold nature to the threat. First of all, you’ve got these Advanced Aerospace Vehicles flying around that we don’t know where they come from, who’s driving them, what the intent is – possibly off-world even. But the future threat, was actually as far as the Department of Defense went and the intelligence community, one of the greater concerns. What happens if potential adversaries achieve significant breakthroughs by getting hold of advanced technology either based on their study of the phenomena, or from sensor data, or from crash retrieved materials? That could provide a problem for the United States in the sense of threat. There’s reason to be concerned about that. This is a document in the program we dug up out of the Soviet Union (“Thread-3”). It’s a very thick document. It shows that the Soviet Union had a massive program also trying to get to the root of all of this. In this document a number of research institutes and military institutes are listed. Of course, they had the same concerns we did. Is there a threat from the phenomena or might the Americans make headway before us and that be a threat?
Just to give you an idea of what’s being observed, which many people have seen because it’s been in the news a lot lately. Back in November of 2004, the Nimitz Carrier Group was out on patrol off of San Diego, and on several occasions an Advanced Aerospace Vehicle would descend rapidly from 60,000 feet to 50 feet in seconds, then hover, and then take off like a bullet. When it first happened and happened over a number of weeks actually, two F-18 pilots were vectored on to the site where they were being observed by the radars to investigate, and what they saw was what they called a “Tic-Tac craft” – solid white, smooth, no edges, about 46-feet in length, uniformly colored, no nacelles, pylons or wings. The F-18’s could not obtain lock with their radars because they were stealthy, but Forward Looking Infrared Radar (FLIR) could pick them up to some degree based on their heat signatures. The Advanced Aerospace Vehicle appeared to demonstrate advanced acceleration, aerodynamic and propulsion capability beyond anything that we knew existed on the planet.
I am going to play a FLIR video that many of you may have seen.
“That is a [expletive deleted] drone, bro.”
“There is a whole fleet of them, look on the ASA!”
“My gosh!”
“They are all going against the wind; the wind is 120 knots from the west. Look at that thing, dude!”
“That’s not . . . I don’t understand. Look at that thing!”
“It’s rotating.”
[End of video.]
Now you might ask yourself, what can you prove from a videotape? I mean, you can see videotapes all over the Internet and so on. But this was data fusion. They are gun-camera tapes. There are these videotapes from the pilots, voice recordings, data link recordings from Aegis and many other military platforms, expert witnesses. So, in fact, the data density – and this is what’s changed the field a lot – our detection capability has gotten so advanced that we’re losing our inability to see exactly what’s going on.
The FLIR displays were recorded. There are detailed debriefs of the pilots. In that original New York Times article you can see a page-long debrief of Dave Fravor.
Key Assessments:
The Advanced Aerospace Vehicle is no-known air vehicle in the inventory of the U.S. or foreign nation as far as we can tell.
Low-observable characteristics, they are stealthy.
They exhibit advanced aerodynamic performance that we can’t imagine how they do it.
Recognize that these are infrared tapes from the pilots, so if there was some kind of hot propulsion gasses coming out the back you would have seen it, but we don’t see that.
They had the advanced capability to remain stationary and then take off like a shot. Dave Fravor said it was like somebody had suddenly shot a bullet.
So, how to respond to this? The Defense Intelligence Agency put out a Broad Area Announcement, in fact it was unclassified. They wanted to evaluate twelve potential threat areas with regard to these Advanced Aerospace Vehicles. There’s a list of them. Exactly what you think you’d want to know: lift, propulsion, signature reduction, human effects and so on. Now, it turned out that anyone, any aerospace corporation could apply, could send in a proposal. DIA chose Bigelow Aerospace as the contractor to address the threat. Now there’s been buzz on the Internet about, ok well, Senator Reid came from Nevada and Bigelow Aerospace is in Nevada, so wasn’t this some sort of sweetheart deal? In fact, that’s not the case. It was a Broad Area Announcement; anybody could go for it. Bigelow was actually a good choice. He’d spent a lot of his own money because he was interested in this area up to this point investigating the phenomena, and he had the best proposal. So he was tasked. He set up a special organization called Bigelow Aerospace Advanced Space Studies – we call it BAASS – to do all the things you’d expect a program like this to do. BAASS connected me at EarthTech International to collaborate as a subcontractor, and I agreed to do that.
Okay, what did I address as a subcontractor? One of the critical issues there’s so much high-level security and compartmentalization in this subject area, and there’s a lot of it, it’s difficult for contractors to obtain expert opinions on advanced technologies because they would expose why they are interested. So, I acted as a surrogate. I was contracted to commission mostly unclassified whitepapers from experts around the globe about where their particular subject areas would be in (the year) 2050 as like a general survey of aerospace futures. I decided this would be the best way to get the best knowledge we had across many technologies without actually exposing why we wanted to know.
So, I let out 38 contracts over a two-year period. I’ll show you what the studies were on. You can read them there: positron aerospace propulsion, IEC fusion as a compact energy source, warp drive, dark energy, extra dimensions, metallic glasses for aerospace use. Really cutting edge kinds of things.
Here are some more of the papers that I commissioned: negative mass propulsion, antigravity for aerospace applications, programmable matter, invisibility cloaking – these are just the kind of things that we needed to have maximum technical input from the best people around the globe. And so, that’s what we did, that’s what I did.
Now we could wait, we told these people they could publish their reports in physics journals and engineering journals, but of course the contractors didn’t want to wait for that, so the Defense Intelligence Agency bundled up these 38 papers and put them out as Defense Intelligence Reference Documents posted on a JWICS server that anyone in the government or contractors could get access to. By and large they have not been released to the public yet; a couple of them leaked out.
So let me give you an example of, how this stuff helps people who are chasing these really difficult problems. I’m choosing one here: metamaterials for aerospace use. I’d love to talk about really fancy materials, but they’re classified. However, there’s a lot of materials that have been picked up or provided even in the public domain. I’m going to give an example because it shows exactly what the structure is for how to deal with this. This is an open source sample. It was sent anonymously to talk show host Art Bell. The fellow claimed to be in the military. He said that this sample was picked up in a crash retrieval, and so he sent it by email. So what does that mean? Chain of custody non-existent. Provenance questionable. Could be a hoax. Could be some slag off of some foundry floor or whatever. However, it was an unusual sample, so we decided to take a look at it.
It was a multilayered bismuth and magnesium sample. Bismuth layers less than a human hair. Magnesium samples about ten-times the size of a human hair. Supposedly picked up in the crash retrieval of an Advanced Aerospace Vehicle. It looks like it’s been in a crash. The white lines are the bismuth; the darker areas are the magnesium separations. So the question was what about this material, so naturally we looked in all the national labs, we talked to metallurgists, we combed the entire structure of published papers. Nowhere could we find any evidence that anybody ever made one of these.
Secondly, some attempts were made to try to reproduce this material, but they couldn’t get the bismuth and magnesium layers to bond.
Thirdly, when we talked to people in the materials field who should know, they said we don’t know why anybody would want to make anything like this. It’s not obvious that it has any function.
Well, years later, decades later actually, finally our own science moves along. We move into an area called metamaterials, and it turns out exactly this combination of materials at exactly those dimensions turn out to be an excellent microscopic waveguide for very high frequency electromagnetic radiation terahertz frequencies.
Terahertz radiation – also known as submillimeter radiation, terahertz waves, tremendously high frequency (THF), T-rays, T-waves, T-light, T-lux or THz – consists of electromagnetic waves within the ITU-designated band of frequencies from 0.3 to 3 terahertz (THz; 1 THz = 1012 Hz).
So, the wavelength is 60 microns, which is a pretty small size. But it turns out because of the metamaterial aspect of this material, those bismuth layers that act as waveguides can be one twentieth the size of the wavelength, and usually when you make a waveguide it’s gotta be about the size of the wavelength. So, in fact this turned out to be a material that would propagate sub-wavelength waveguide effects. Why somebody wants to do that we still don’t know the answer to that.
But anyway, it’s amazing we’ve gone through this and this is the kind of structure we go through a lot. You get a material sample with unusual characteristics to be evaluated, the method of manufacture is difficult to assess or reproduce, the purpose of the function is not readily apparent – as with our sample here, and then as our own technical knowledge moves forward we finally see a possible purpose or function comes to light. That sequence is repeated over and over in this particular area.
I’ll pick a second one here for the engineers or physicists in the crowd. Probably be more interesting – spacetime metric engineering.
Einstein’s 1928 Special Relativity Paper: incorporation of the torsion tensor made the theory bench engineerable – whether the math eloquently ‘finished’ the theory or not, the equation made laboratory invention of devices to change the local energy of gravity. Farrell, Joseph P.: Secrets of the Unified Field: the Philadelphia Experiment, the Nazi Bell, and the Discarded Theory
This happens to be the paper that I myself provided. One of the questions is: can the reported anomalous observables of these Advanced Aerospace Vehicles be accounted for on the basis of known physics? You hear people describing craft taking right angle turns at high speeds, other things with the hovering and rapid acceleration and so on, as if the craft didn’t have any inertial mass. Well, it turns out although Einstein’s general relativity is usually used in astrophysical applications and gravity studies and so on, you can look at it from an engineering standpoint. So, if you take an engineering approach to general relativity, what I just showed can be understood. If you could change the spacetime metric the way general relativity – I’m talking about textbook, not some fanciful physics – you could even get faster-than-light travel. Alcubierre warp drive as in Star Trek. Again, you might think that’s a fanciful kind of thing, but that paper was published in one of the top general relativity journals, Miguel Alcubierre, “The Warp Drive: Hyper-Fast Travel within General Relativity,” Classical and Quantum Gravity (11:L73-L77,1994). So, if you engineer spacetime metric, you can begin to line up observables with physics that we know and love even if we can’t reproduce it.
What about the velocity of light constraint? People are always saying that. How could you have a wormhole that lets you go from one side of the universe to the other? Aren’t you beating the speed of light? What does the physicist and engineer mean by the speed of light? He means this little equation here where the speed of light is given by 1 over the square root of the permittivity times the permeability of the vacuum. So the point is if you reengineer those vacuum parameters, then you can make the effective speed of light higher in the engineered region. Those are the solutions in general relativity that are called wormholes, and again, it’s not science fiction. This is just right-off-the-shelf, standard text book general relativity applications.
So, what that means is a reduced time interstellar travel is not as skeptics would say, “You can’t get from there to here.” Advanced ET civilizations now, or ourselves in the future are not fundamentally constrained by physical principals. The exotic physics for such can be addressed in engineering terms – some metric engineering as it were. Does this have any help? Again, by the way, this paper was also published as one of the Defense Intelligence Agency’s reference documents. And since we are permitted to publish in the open literature, I published that paper in a British interplanetary science journal, an engineering journal, so if you’re interested in looking at the details, you can learn as much as you want to know about metric engineering. (Advanced Space Propulsion Based on Vacuum (Spacetime Metirc) Engineering, H. Puthoff (2010), Journal of the British Interplanetary Society, 63, 82-89.)
That helped us understand some of the aspects, I mean you may have heard the phrase, “dense stars you get red-shift.” It turns out in this engineered technology you get so called “blue shift.” That is, frequencies are up-shifted to higher frequencies. So, for example in this room most of the radiation coming off our bodies, off the walls and so on is in fact in the infrared. But we see things in the visible range. What happens when you get into a volume of space where the vacuum has been engineered in the way I’ve been discussing? It turns out you get a blue shift. So, in fact the infrared that you don’t ordinarily see can get blue shifted up into the visible so it’s not surprising that all these craft should be so luminous. Now the downside from all of this is the fact that visible light, which doesn’t have any particularly harmful effects, gets blue shifted up into the ultraviolet, so if you get too close to a landed craft, you might get a sunburn, or off into the soft X-ray regions so there’s a chance of radiation poisoning. If you run across one of these sitting on the ground and it’s powered up, I recommend you don’t rush up.
Well, that helped us to understand. We as part of this program looked at some cases that were really good from Brazil. In 1977, 78, it was like Close Encounters of the Third Kind. A thousand pages of documents all done by the Brazilian Air Force investigative team, 500 photographs, 15 hours of motion film, a lot of medical injuries. This is a list of the different kinds of medical injuries that occurred when people encountered these craft at close range, and it has some overlap with cases that we’ve investigated during the program, of injuries occurring.
Injury Caused by Unidentified Aerial Phenomena Radiation?
“What makes this incredible and groundbreaking is that in January of 2015, the Veterans Administration has finally implied — after many years of attempting to get them to acknowledge that John Burroughs was injured while in the Rendlesham Forest, tying it together with the Condign document from the U. K. — it was an unidentified aerial phenomenon or vehicle that caused the injury (to John Burroughs).
– Pat Frascogna, Atty., for USAF Tech Sgt. (Ret.) John Burroughs
“By settling this case in full, the U. S. Dept. of Defense — because the V. A. is part of DoD — they confirmed that the UFO phenomenon is real.”
– John Burroughs, USAF Tech Sgt. (Ret.)
February 27, 2015 Albuquerque, New Mexico – On Saturday night, February 21, 2015, retired USAF Tech Sgt. John Burroughs received the Researcher of the Year Award at the Open Minds International UFO Congress in Fountain Hills, Arizona. The award honored John’s breakthrough by using Freedom of Information requests to the U. K.’s Ministry of Defence that finally provoked MoD admission that it was withholding 18 classified files, including 6 policy files, about the RAF Bentwaters/Woodbridge Rendlesham Forest events December 26-28, 1980, that involved Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP) that interacted with John Burroughs, then USAF Airman 1st Class.
In 2011, John began suffering periodic life-threatening atrial fibrillation, also known as AFib, a quivering or irregular heartbeat that can lead to blood clots, stroke, heart failure and other heart-related complications. He filed for Veterans Administration medical benefits but was denied when V. A. staff said there was no record of his serving at RAF Bentwaters/Woodbridge. John sought legal help in Jackson, Mississippi, attorney Pat Frascogna and then-Arizona U. S. Senator Jon Kyl before his retirement. John’s V. A. case then went to the office of Arizona’s U. S. Senator John McCain.
Eventurally the V. A. admitted knowledge of John’s service at RAF Bentwaters-Woodbridge in the 1979-1982 time period, but found those medical records were “classified.” By 2013, needing open heart surgery to repair seriously damaged mitral valve leaflets, John was angry and frustrated at not being able to get V. A. medical disability coverage when he was learning that a Top Secret U. K. Restricted Project Condign — that had been quietly de-classified in 2006 — contained information that directly linked exposure to UAP radiation in the December 1980 Rendlesham Forest “unexplained lights” phenomenon to bodily injury and mental manipulation.
Finally under pressure from Senator John McCain’s office, the V. A. arranged John’s urgent open heart surgery for mid-December 2013. He began to recover to more normal health, but without V. A. medical benefits or his RAF Bentwaters/Woodbridge medical records.
By January 23, 2014, John began filing Freedom of Information requests with the MoD and by the spring and fall of 2014, the U. K. Ministry of Defence finally admitted it withheld at least 18 classified UAP/UFO files. That is the FOIA breakthrough for which John Burroughs received the Researcher of the Year Award at the 2015 Open Minds Conference in Fountain Hills, Arizona.
January 2015: V. A. Finally Awards
John Burroughs Full Medical Disability Benefits
“U. S. Government’s De Facto Acknowledgement of the Existence of UFOs.”
– February 22, 2015, Press Release by John Burroughs and attorney Pat Frascogna
The day after his research award, on Sunday, February 22, 2015, John and his attorney, Pat Frascogna, announced in a press release the “U. S. Government’s De Facto Acknowledgement of the Existence of UFOs.” This breakthrough came with the Veterans Administration finally granting John Burroughs in January 2015 full medical disability for bodily injury in the line of duty December 26 to 28, 1980, when John twice encountered mysterious aerial lights in the U. K.’s Rendlesham Forest growing along RAF Bentwaters/Woodbridge.
Attorney Frascogna said in his February 22nd press release, “The December 1980 Rendlesham Forest incident in the United Kingdom is arguably the most well documented and important UFO encounter in history. A UFO was seen over three consecutive nights by United States Air Force personnel stationed at the twin bases of Bentwaters and Woodbridge, near Ipswich, England — then the largest NATO air force base at the height of the Cold War.
Project Condign
“Airman First Class John Burroughs encountered the UFO at close proximity on the first night. While for many years the U.S. Government denied that this incident had even occurred, in 2006 the UK Government declassified an intelligence study on UFOs (codenamed Project Condign and classified as Secret UK Eyes Only) in which the following statement is found:
“The well-reported Rendlesham Forest/Bentwaters event is an example where it might be postulated that several observers were probably exposed to UAP [Unidentified Aerial Phenomenon] radiation for longer than normal UAP sighting periods.”
Page F-4, ANNEX F, Vol. 2, Pages 16-30, Project Condign’s “Unidentified Aerial Phenomena in the UK Air Defence Region: Executive Summary, Scientific & Technical Memorandum – No. 55/2/00,” DI55, Defence Intelligence Service, Ministry of Defence, December 2000. The red underline section begins, “The well-reported Rendlesham Forest/Bentwaters event is an example where it might be postulated that several observers were probably exposed to UAP radiation for longer than normal UAP sighting periods.”

Joseph Patrick Frascogna, Atty., Madison, Mississippi:
“After many years of trying to get the Veterans Administration to recognize that John Burroughs was injured in the line of duty in December 1980 in responding to what initially was thought to be a downed aircraft in the Rendlesham Forest near the twin bases of Bentwaters and Woodbridge, the injury that he received was immediate to his heart — something that he did not have when he went into the Air Force just a year or so before that eventually would require open heart surgery.
THE ESSENCE OF THAT DAMAGE IS WHAT?
The damage was described as a shredded anterior mitral valve component of his heart. I was there in Tucson with John at the V. A. in late 2013 (December 18) when he had his surgery. And I spoke to the cardiac surgeon, who performed that surgery and he said that he did not know what could have caused that damage.
WE NOW KNOW THERE IS A CLASSIFIED U. K. DOCUMENT KNOWN AS PROJECT CONDIGN THAT SPECIFICALLY TIES PEOPLE WHO WERE IN RENDLESHAM FOREST IN THE DECEMBER 26TH TO 28TH TIME PERIOD TO EXPOSURE TO UAP RADIATION, WHICH IS UNIDENTIFIED AERIAL PHENOMENA RADIATION. CAN YOU NOW EXPLAIN TO A GENERAL AUDIENCE YOUR UNDERSTANDING OF WHAT THIS UAP RADIATION IS THAT CAN DAMAGE HUMAN BODIES AND MINDS?
Yes, in reference to the document that was formerly U. K. Restricted and I am just going to quote from it: ‘The well-reported Rendlesham Forest/Bentwaters event is an example where it might be postulated that several observers were probably exposed to UAP radiation for longer than normal UAP sighting periods. The unidentified aerial phenomenon” — or referred to in the United States as Unidentified Flying Objects (UFOs) or “anomalous vehicles” and when these craft are operating, they emit a certain electromagnetic field. That field is known to cause injury. That is what was referenced in the U. K. document.
Groundbreaking Implication of V. A. Granting Full Medical Benefits to John Burroughs — UAPs Are Real and UAP Radiation Injured John During Military Duty
What makes this incredible and groundbreaking is that in January of 2015, the Veterans Administration has finally implied — after many years of attempting to get them to acknowledge that John Burroughs was injured while in the Rendlesham Forest, tying it together with the Condign document from the U. K. — it was an unidentified aerial phenomenon or vehicle that caused the injury (in John Burroughs).
WITH YOUR PRESS RELEASE (February 22, 2015) ANNOUNCING THAT JOHN BURR0UGHS HAS OFFICIALLY RECEIVED HIS DISABILITY COVERAGE FROM THE UNITED STATES VETERANS ADMINISTRATION AND THAT IT LINKED DIRECTLY WITH HIS INQUIRY TO GET HIS MEDICAL RECORDS BECAUSE OF HIS HEART PROBLEMS AND THAT, AS YOU SAY, THE U. S. GOVERNMENT’S ‘DE FACTO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF THE EXISTENCE OF UFOS THROUGH THIS MEDICAL COVERAGE, LEADS TO THE ISSUE: WHY ARE HIS MEDICAL RECORDS STILL CLASSIFIED?
I think the reason we believe they are still classified is because there is too much information in them. We don’t know to what detail things may have been recorded in them. We don’t know who all may have been involved in the construction of those records that might be linked to them. So I think keeping the records classified is still serving a purpose for whatever that may be. But obviously, the door has been finally opened when it never has been before. There has always been denial after denial after denial. This time it’s different. This time there is an actual ability to link up things that have happened, things that have been said from officialdom.
A.’s Action Is De Facto
Confirmation of UAP/UFO Reality
IN YOUR MIND AS AN ATTORNEY, WHAT DO YOU THINK NOW IN FEBRUARY OF 2015 IS THE DISTINCTION BETWEEN DISCLOSURE VERSUS THE VETERANS ADMINISTRATION SEEMS TO BE A CONFIRMATION THAT BYPASSES DISCLOSURE?
Yes, confirmation. It does seem to be that and I think the community has always known, the researchers and so forth, that just a straight out disclosure at a press conference in the White House, that sort of thing, was probably never going to happen because there were just too many bad things that would have to be dealt with if you did it that way. Number One, why have you lied to the people of the world for so long? Why have you done that?
Now, there are many, many, many questions to both countries (U. S. and U. K.) and to find out what this means going forward?”
John Burroughs
Interview:
John Burroughs, USAF Tech Sergeant (Ret.), Normal, Illinois:
“By settling this case in full, the U. S. Department of Defense — because the V. A. is part of the Department of Defense as far as they have to go through the DoD to get this information and confirm it — it is confirmation. They confirmed that the UFO phenomenon is real.
They confirmed that I and others encountered it (UAP radiation). And they have confirmed it (UAP radiation) has harmful effects on me and more than likely other people, you know that were out there. To me, confirmation trumps disclosure because Project Condign confirms that this is what’s going on in the world and that the governments of the world are aware of it. This report, Project Condign, was highly classified — some of it has been declassified, but a lot of it remains classified. The majority of governments of the world are aware of it and working on it. And what are they working on — the biggest part of it? Project Condign did not say they were looking at it from a help-the-world-standpoint as far as medical and all that other stuff. What they are looking at it for and what they are classifying, the parts that are being classified, is the weaponization part of it.
It’s taken over three decades. There has been denial. There has been disinformation. But finally, there has been a real breakthrough and I think this is a victory for everybody, not just me, but something that a lot of people fought hard for and continue to fight for and I think it’s something that just confirms that this is really going on.
More Pressure Needs to Be Put On
MoD to Release All Bentwaters Files
Obviously, it’s not THE smoking gun that everyone is looking for where you have some kind of bodies and some kind of craft. But you do have confirmation that the governments of the world are: a) are aware of it and b) they are working on it. I think more people need to push the MoD a lot harder on Project Condign itself and what they are still holding back and the documents they denied having in the first place.
MOD DI55 Document About Radiation
At UAP Site in Rendlesham Forest
Now, before Condign, there was already through FOIA through the release of the British government, there was a document in there that British MoD DI55 talked about where they were looking over whatever documents could possibly be the ones that have never been released that the MoD claimed they lost ( 030411 Earthfiles).
But it was clearly in that DI55 document that they said we were exposed to above background radiation.
JOHN, I HAVE THAT DI55 DOCUMENT IN MY HAND AND IT WAS DATED FEBRUARY 23, 1981, ONLY ABOUT ONE MONTH AFTER YOUR RENDLESHAM FOREST ENCOUNTERS NEAR RAF BENTWATERS. THIS IS COMING FROM THE U.K.’S DI55. THE SENTENCE WAS THAT THEY ARE ADDRESSING THE ISSUE OF BACKGROUND RADIOACTIVITY AT THE SITE IN RENDLESHAM FOREST AND THEY, THE DI55, ARE SAYING, ‘It seems significantly higher than the average background of about 0.015 milliroentgens.’ [ A unit of exposure to ionizing radiation and is 1/1000th of a roentgen.]
February 23, 1981, “Loose Minute” memo to DI55a about the subject of “Unexplained Lights” phenomena in Rendlesham Forest near RAF Bentwaters/Woodbridge December 26-28, 1980, that emitted “significantly higher than the average background (radiation) of about 0.015 milliroentgens.”
Right, they actually call it the ‘phenomena’ right away. They (MoD’s DI55) had already reviewed whatever they had reviewed as far as whatever has been sent to them. And right away, they were calling it a ‘phenomena’!
THAT IS IN THE BEGINNING OF THIS DI55 DOCUMENT.
Right.
IT SAYS, ‘UNEXPLAINED LIGHTS. REFERENCE DI55/108/15/1 FIRST PARAGRAPH: LIKE DI55, DI52 (they) DO NOT KNOW OF ANY SERIOUS EXPLANATION FOR THE PHENOMENA DESCRIBED AT REFERENCE.’ THAT RELATES TO UNEXPLAINED LIGHTS IN RENDLESHAM FOREST DECEMBER 26-28, 1980.
Now, that was one of the documents that was submitted to the V. A. The fact that there was an MoD document saying that we were exposed to above background radiation. Then, when you get into Project Condign, which is a huge report that has a lot in it, but it’s one of the few things in the report when you go through the report — and it’s over 400 pages long (460 pages) — there’s a spot in there where it goes: ‘The well-reported Rendlesham/Forest Bentwaters event is an example where it might be postulated that several observers were probably exposed to UAP (Unidentified Aerial Phenomenon) radiation for longer than normal UAP sighting periods.’
WHAT IS YOUR UNDERSTANDING TODAY IN FEBRUARY 2015 ABOUT WHAT EXACTLY UNIDENTIFIED AERIAL PHENOMENA RADIATION IS?
I’m not a scientist, but it’s the type of radiation that if you go into the documents itself, they are actually working on it — a lot of it is redacted in these documents. If you look at the Project Condign report — and a lot of it was classified Secret or above. So, if none of it is of defense significance, if none of it matters, why is some of it still redacted? A lot of it is still redacted. Why was it all classified first as Secret?
The phenomenon itself, they talk about it on and off within Condign, but there is no definitive answer of exactly what the phenomenon is other than it exists. It is clear. And then they go into what it is capable of doing and that there is high interest in it, even from a defense standpoint.”
“I wish to make it perfectly clear that the UFOs that I saw were structured machines moving under intelligent control and operating beyond the realm of anything I have ever seen before or since. I believe the objects that I saw at close quarter were extraterrestrial in origin and that the security services of both the United States and England were and have been complicit in trying to subvert the significance of what occurred at Rendlesham by use of well-practiced methods of disinformation.”

Lt. Col. Charles I. John Burroughs, retired USAF Tech Sgt., Normal, Illinois:
“IT IS SIGNIFICANT THAT PROJECT CONDIGN THAT WAS HIGHLY CLASSIFIED AND THEN RELEASED WITHIN THIS DECADE SORT OF QUIETLY SAYS THAT THIS UAP PHENOMENA — THAT IN THE UNITED STATES WE WOULD CALL ‘UFO’ AND THE BRITISH ARE CALLING ‘UNIDENTIFIED AERIAL PHENOMENON’ — EMITS SOME KIND OF RADIATION THAT CAN EFFECT MINDS AND BODIES. THAT IS A DISSCUSSION IN PROJECT CONDIGN.
Right, it’s a high spectrum radiation in the terahertz range and that this type of radiation is highly classified within the Dept. of Defense and even in the MoD. What I mean by classified is terahertz is out there. It’s being used in the white world (airport security scanners). But it (UAP frequencies) is also being worked on in the black world. This type of radiation is being looked at for weaponization in a lot of different ways, which is classified.”
Spectrum of Ionizing to Non-Ionizing
Electromagnetic Radiation
Terahertz waves (where thin black lines above point) lie at the far end of the infrared band (red), just before the start of the microwave band (grey and pink). Left to right in the graphic above are .01 nanometer (1 billionth of a meter) ionizing radiation; 1 nm ionizing x-rays and 100 nm ionizing ultraviolet. Then non-ionizing frequencies are visible light in which human eyes see; non-ionizing infrared; 1 millimeter (1 thousandth of a meter) non-ionizing terahertz radiation; 1m non-ionizing microwaves; and 1 km non-ionizing radiowaves and extremely low frequencies. Graphic by Spectre.sfg.
Ionizing alpha, beta and gamma rays, x-rays and ultraviolet rays have enough energy to strip off tightly bound electrons from atoms, which are ions. Thus, ionizing radiation can do serious damage to human and other Earth life tissues.
Non-ionizing radiation that has enough energy to move atoms in a molecule around or cause them to vibrate, but not enough to remove electrons, is referred to as “non-ionizing radiation.” Examples of these frequencies are the visible light spectrum, infrared, terahertz, microwaves, radio and extremely low frequencies. Current civilian world uses of non-ionizing radiation include terahertz airport body scanners, microwaves for telecommunications and heating food and liquids; infrared lamps to keep food warm in restaurants; and radio waves broadcasting.
UAP Radiation –
How Does It Damage Human Tissues?
“JOHN, TERAHERTZ LIES BETWEEN MICROWAVE AND INFRA RED ON THE ELECTROMAGNETIC SPECTRUM. HAS ANYBODY SO FAR TALKED TO YOU ABOUT WHAT IT IS THAT THE TERAHERTZ MIGHT BE ABLE TO DO TO YOUR HEART VALVE, GIVEN THE FACT THAT TERAHERTZ IS SUPPOSED TO BE NON-IONIZING AND THEREFORE NOT DAMAGING TO TISSUE?
The best I can tell you on this is that it was clear once this information was made available, all of a sudden the doctors knew what to look for and they did some more testing (on me). Prior to that (classified information provided about UAP radiation exposure at RAF Bentwaters in Dec. 1980), my civilian doctors could not understand a guy of my health overall — my heart was healthy other than the fact that it was being damaged because it kept going into A fib (atrial fibrillation) and congestive heart failure. They (civilian doctors) could not understand why it was doing that because there was no reason for it. They could not get to the bottom of it. That’s when they requested my military records in the first place and were denied.
Basically once this (UAP radiation exposure) information became available, everything expedited and within a short period of time — you know, within a 3-month period — I was completely treated and they figured out what was wrong. They went in and did this surgery and my life was saved. I credit that to Senator John McCain’s office and to a doctor that was behind the scenes that gave information to the doctors in the V. A., who then knew what to look for and were able to do life saving surgery.
THE DAMAGE TO THE SHREDDED LEAFLET IN YOUR HEART HAS BEEN LINKED DIRECTLY BACK TO YOUR EXPOSURE TO UNIDENTIFIED AERIAL PHENOMENA RADIATION.
Yes. That was the basis of the whole claim. I mean, originally it was, ‘I need my medical records for the civilian doctors.’ It was denied. Then along the way, it became clear to the people involved trying to get my records that they were most likely classified. They (V. A. workers) were the ones that stated that.
To this day, my medical records were not released to me in this (V. A.) settlement. I am not allowed to see them. I am not allowed to have access to them, nor was my FOIA answered. My FOIA was, ‘I want a confirmation from the Department of Defense and the V. A. Are my records classified? Do they lie within the classified section? Where are my medical records being held?’
That (FOIA) has also been ignored, which is a violation of federal law. They (gov’t) have to acknowledge a FOIA and they didn’t!
But the bottom line is that my medical claim was based on the facts that:
— I was injured in the line of duty.
— That I became sick right after the incident.
— Which was the reason why I had my heart issues.
— Here’s the Condign proof that this incident happened.
— And not only that, but the Condign proof shows that my heart was damaged by whatever I was exposed to in the Rendlesham Forest in December 1980.
Physical Illness Symptoms Soon
After Rendlesham Forest Encounters
JOHN, HOW SOON AFTER DECEMBER 28, 1980, DID YOU HAVE A MEDICAL EXAM WHEN YOU WERE AT RAF BENTWATERS-WOODBRIDGE?
The interesting thing is that I never had a medical exam per se where they found the issue at Bentwaters. But I did not feel good right after the incident and I struggled with different things — vision, throat and some other problems, but they never found the heart issue.
It was after I returned to the United States four or five months later that again I got sick, just out of the blue, completely got sick and I went into the civilian hospital. My heart was not acting properly. They found a heart murmur and there was an abnormal anomaly in the heart. And the interesting thing about that, which I didn’t know at the time, but I’ve learned over the years, is a lot of times when they find this heart murmur anomaly in the heart and do an EKG and stuff like that, that leads to you have some kind of heart blockage.
But I never had that. As a matter of fact, prior to my surgery (Dec. 2013), the doctors checked for that, in case they were going to have to clean out my arteries, and they were clean. I have no heart disease, no heart problems, no nothing. The only heart problem I have was that both of my leaflets were shredded. But the one that normally doesn’t even have any damage in the mitral valve was completely shredded, which was on the inside of my mitral valve. And that was causing all my heart issues.
IT IS DESCRIBED IN PROJECT CONDIGN THAT EXPOSURE TO UAP RADIATION — HOWEVER IT IS DEFINED AT WHAT FREQUENCY — CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE BODY AND CAN MANIPULATE THE MIND.
Yeah, it can, it states that in the report. People need to read that report.
[See hot links below to Condign Report ANNEX F.]
The Project Condign report is the closest thing to a smoking gun that’s out there right now, next to the fact of recovering a craft. And what I mean by that is to have proof of a craft. I mean there are implications that the crafts have been recovered and I’m not saying they haven’t been. But no one in the public has got that proof, as far as I know. But this is a report and it was a highly classified intelligence study on UFOs.
“UAP” Acronym Used by MoD
to Avoid FOIA Requests About UFOs
What is interesting, too, within some other work that I’ve done where I’ve got the MoD to admit they are still holding back 18 files — these are some of the policy files that they are holding back — six of them (policy files) and in fact, 18 files overall withheld.
Originally the MoD used ‘UFOs.’ And then later on, all of a sudden they (MoD) changed it to UAPs.
THAT UNIDENTIFIED AERIAL PHENOMENA ACRONYM MEANS THAT EVERYBODY FILING FOIA FOR ‘UFO’ CAN HONESTLY BE DISMISSED OR IGNORED BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT TECHNICALLY FILING FOR ‘UAP.’
Right. I was able to get them to admit that they (MoD) still withheld these 18 files and some other stuff that I’m still holding on to. But they’ve gotten to the point now because of my follow up questions, they will not even answer anymore of my questions. They (MoD) used this reasoning — they said, ‘We are no longer going to discuss which files we are holding, what interdepartmental memos, emails or anything else involved in this case until after these 18 files are released.’
Well, after the V. A. reviewed all my documents and everything that was presented to them, it appears that they have had some type of access to my medical records (because) they agreed that I was injured in the line of duty; that I deserved compensation and to be taken care of for my injuries in the line of duty in the forest of Rendlesham in 1980. Which all goes back to Project Condign, the UAP radiation and that other MoD DI55 report acknowledging that we were exposed to above background radiation.
Now, when I first got them (MoD) to admit to these (withheld) files, they were supposed to release them last Fall or early Winter 2014. But then when a British citizen — that’s how they magically released all of this where they didn’t acknowledge the fact that they had admitted that to me. They had a British citizen who had read some of my work that was put out — or some of the work that’s been done with my colleagues, too, that’s been put out — that he made another request supposedly, and then they (MoD) admitted, ‘Yeah, well, we’re holding on to 18 files and we’re going to release them eventually. The tentative release date will be sometime at the end of this year (2015). But there have been follow up FOIAs since then. Mine were not acknowledged, as usual, but somebody else did not get a response back either on when they (MoD) plan on releasing these (18) files, which I think are important and one of the things I think they are going to have a problem with this time is there’s going to be more people wanting to know what’s redacted and why it’s redacted.
Before, they just kind of seemed to get away with it. They just kind of said, ‘Well, here you go, guys, this is it. We don’t have anymore. And this is what we know and it’s no big deal. Well, now, if they claim they claim they released everything — that’s not true. That’s one of those: ‘I’m never going to tell you a total lie, but I’m never going to tell you the whole truth’ type of scenario.
What they are doing is saying, ‘Here’s what we can release. Here’s what’s redacted. Here’s what’s de-classified now, but there’s still a lot still classified within this that we’re not going to release.’
Why would they do that? Why would they still hold it (some files) back? Because it’s still of defense significance.
Is UAP Radiation in the Black World
Being Used in Weapon Systems?
WHY DO YOU THINK THAT IT IS NOT PUBLICLY ANNOUNCED THAT WE’RE NOT ALONE IN THE UNIVERSE AND THAT OTHER INTELLIGENCES HAVE BEEN INTERACTING WITH THIS PLANET FOR A LONG TIME?
My gut feeling is that it’s written within Project Condign itself. It’s the fact that everybody’s in a race to weaponize this technology. What I mean is the major world powers. That particular technology — this would be the next game changer.
Not only is it a game changer for whoever would hold the technology and be able to utilize it the best — but then also, is there a real threat from outside? In my case, it is unknown. When I was hurt, was it intentional or not? I can’t answer that. I mean, it could be just as simple as what happened when the Europeans came over to America and the North American Indians were exposed to them for the first time and there was stuff (germs) within what they had and carried that caused disease and sickness. It could just be as simple as that was what happened to me.
But then, there could be more implications to it. There are definitely reports of things that have happened where there has been some kind of exchange (with UAPs). So not only would it benefit the countries of the world to understand this technology if there is a threat from above. But it would also benefit whoever had the best ability to use this technology to rule the world itself.”

Page F-4 and 14 other pages, Vol. 2 ANNEX F – “Non-Ionising EM Effects On Humans” and “Potential Mental Effects On Humans”
Despite the progress in the AATIP program, let’s face it, the topic is inherently anomalous, right? Therefore, despite the reality of the observations and all the people that we interact with in the intelligence community and the Pentagon agree – the data is there, it is real. Nonetheless the topic doesn’t fit smoothly into known profiles of the government programs for sure. And by virtue of national security implications it’s a high compartmentalizational topic, therefore a slow pace of cumulative progress and integration. We call ’em “stovepipes.” You have a lot of people with lots of detailed information about some particular aspect, but they don’t talk each other even if it is sitting at the next desk. And let’s face it, advocacy of this issue in government circles is not viewed as career enhancing in part because, despite the weirdness of the subject, if you don’t make a lot of progress, you know, it doesn’t look good on your resume that you’re moving up the line.
So, because of that, there’s a forward story. Many of us involved in the program decided that there should be an outreach program in the public sector. So this is the forward story. The goal was to establish a broad-based, high-quality scientific community-of-interest in the public sector concerning these Unidentified Aerial Phenomena and other related leading-edge topics. And so we got together and formed a company called, To the Stars Academy of Arts and Science. It was cofounded by entrepreneur Tom DeLonge – I’ll talk about him in a minute – senior intelligence officers from the Department of Defense and CIA and distinguished research scientists. We all banded together to form this academy. It was set up as a public benefit corporation so the public can invest and therefore it’s owned by the public. So this is something new. Whatever comes out of any of the research or any of the releases of information is actually going to be owned by the public. It is not going to disappear into a black hole. A very transparent structure, if you go to the website you can see everything from the financial structure to the activities, and we do have a web-based community-of-interest where things get posted. For example, the F-18 FLIR tape I showed, we now have three of them up there and probably more to come.
Alright, who are the principals of this organization? Tom DeLonge, Blink 182 rock star. Frankly, I’d never heard of Blink 182, but my son told me, “Oh yeah, we know about Blink 182.” But anyway, in addition to being the rock star that he is, he’s also a director and producer, puts out books and music and film and so on, and he’s had a lifelong interest in the UFO area. So, he started talking with various people and he was kind of the I guess you could say the action-oriented person, who said “Why don’t you set up something. Why don’t we make this more available to the public?” and he got to a number of us, and so we all began to band together. Lou Elizondo, who was in fact the Department of Defense’s, the Pentagon’s AATIP program director resigned from the Pentagon and joined us.
Chris Mellon, 20-year career, Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Intelligence, Minority Staff Director of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, he joined us. We got Jim Semivan, 25-year career and CIA’s Director of Operation. He was the real James Bond kind of guy. Steve Justice just retired as program director for the billion-dollar programs at Lockheed Martin Skunk Works. He joined us.
And then, I agreed to be on the Board. So, I joined them. In addition to my science and engineering background, I’ve had a lot of activity in classified areas so it was a natural fit for me interacting with all these people.
We also put together a policy and scientific advisory panel of the best people we could find. Chris Mellon agreed to be the Chair. Dr. Colm Kelleher, he was actually the deputy administrator at Bigelow Aerospace to run the AATIP program out of the Pentagon. Dr. Gary Nolan, top genetics professor at Stanford University. Dr. Kahn, 30 year career with the CIA counter biological weapons program. Dr. Rapp, professor of military and emergency medicine, Uniform Services University. Dr. Gilpin, consultant on academic biomedical research and research law.
So, we put together a team as panelists to keep us on the straight and narrow of really top people who have wonderful backgrounds and really want to see scientific work be done in this area.
So, the goals for the To the Stars Academy are to,
Promote the concept that such forefront topics as UFOs, SETI, consciousness studies, even telepathy and psychokinesis should not be considered taboo for serious scientific consideration. So, it’s a perfect match to the SSE because that’s our goal in the SSE as well.
(I link an article here, and also Grant Cameron’s entire you tube video listing because everything he is talking about is about the above bulleted point. It is his and my assertion that “Consciousness is the Unified Field.” All of which are excellent!! The implications are astounding.)
And of course, big ideas that generate funding to underwrite significant research in these areas
Develop user friendly data bases so information that is generated can be accessed by anyone
Provide positive support for collaborative government, aerospace industry, and academic efforts to accomplish all of the above.
So, we want to act as the glue in the public sector and create entertainment properties, books and documentaries and so on so whatever is learned can be delivered out to the public.
The structure of the organization has a science structure, an aerospace structure, and an entertainment division. What are the activities of this organization to date? Actually we were responsible for legitimizing the topic in the mainstream press. That story that came out in TheNew YorkTimes and so on, which then got picked up by the Washington Post, CNN, Fox News, was based on agreed-upon interviews with those of us I’ve just gone through a list of. And given the quality of sources coming out from the shadows, for example Ex-Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, top F-18 pilots, significant Department of Defense and intelligence community officials, the bar has been raised on the legitimization of this topic in the public arena. We think that’s an accomplished goal to date.
And via the community-of-interest postings on the website, we now have three high quality F-18 video tapes of unidentified aerial phenomena encounters. They’ve been previously languishing in the Pentagon servers, nobody doing that much with them. These are still being generated. One of the tapes is from 2016 off the East Coast of the United States. There are a lot more tapes. Hopefully we’ll get a lot more of them posted.
We don’t just produce positive results or what people would think would be supportive results. One of our scientists, science advisers is Garry Nolan from Stanford University, who’s a genetics expert. There had been claims that some small humanoid skeleton found in Chile – the so called Atacama Humanoid – might be ET. We could see why somebody might think that if you see the structure. But anyway, Nolan and people from other universities put together a complete genetics thing and did the entire genome and found in fact no unfortunately this is not evidence of ET, it’s a deformed human. That’s up on the website if you to read the paper. It was published in one of the top genetics journals – very well peer-reviewed. (Bhattacharya S, Li J, Sockell A, Kan MJ, Bava FA, Chen SC, Ávila-Arcos MC, Ji X, Smith E, Asadi NB, Lachman RS, Lam HYK, Bustamante CD, Butte AJ, Nolan GP. “Whole-genome sequencing of Atacama skeleton shows novel mutations linked with dysplasia.” Genome Research 2018 Apr;28(4):423-431.)
Meetings are being set up with people from other countries because other countries, who also have materials, don’t necessarily want to give them to the U.S. Government because they disappear into a black hole and they never learn anything. But given our commitment as a public benefit corporation, that’s not gonna happen with us. They are now talking to us and we are collaborating on obtaining materials from foreign countries.
We are negotiating with media outlets to get all this out in the public in the form of documentaries or TV shows, whatever. So basically that’s the back story, the forward story and I’m glad to answer any questions. I’ll answer any I can.
QUESTIONER: Your good friend John Alexander published a book, and I know I’ll have a chance to ask him this too. Why was it so hard for him to find who is doing the research, who was holding files on UFOs? In his book he said “Everybody thought someone else was doing it” and everybody said in all the departments “it’s not me, it’s somebody else that is doing it.”
PUTHOFF: It was somebody else doing it.
(Laughter)
PUTHOFF: If materials are being held in Special Access Programs, casual conversation even with high-level people who know your interest and they’re interested, too, won’t necessarily reveal the facts.
QUESTIONER: I think Luis Elizondo even said his own boss wasn’t quite sure what he was doing. Is that true?
PUTHOFF: That’s true.
BUCHMAN: My name is Joe Buchman, I was one of the organizers of the 2013 Citizen’s Hearing which was also an attempt to gather the best evidence on ETs or UFOs. I don’t know if you are aware of those hearings, if you are, I’d be interested in your take on it. But my second question though would be about the other tapes. You said there are a lot of other tapes. Are those classified? If not, or even if they are, can you characterize them in any way or tell us more about them?
PUTHOFF: They’re not a lot different from this. Some of them were classified because of where they were taken. But as far as the content of what we are interested from the technical standpoint, they’re not that different. Provided you strike out the location and so on, then there’s a chance of getting them declassified and we are working on that.
BUCHMAN: Specifically regarding the Citizen Hearing, is there any of the data presented there that you found particularly useful?
Answer: Well, you have to pick and choose among the data. I’m familiar with the Citizen Hearing and so on and certainly the depositions by the individuals who were in the launch towers for missiles . . .
BUCHMAN: Bob Salas.
PUTHOFF: Bob Salas for example – that’s all really good data. And the FAA administrator who came forward (John Callahan) – all good data.
BUCHMAN: Thank you.
QUESTIONER: Thanks very much for your talk. I wanted to bring up something as to the nature of the release. I guess the figure was 22 million dollars and then the program was closed? It may be a leap, but I think it’s common knowledge among UFO researchers that the spending in actuality is in the billions if not more. So some people in the UFO research community have raised the question, is this a duck on the pond, to state a figure as low as 22 million and then state that the program no longer exists. I was hoping you might have some comments on the great deal of concern that has arisen from these statements.
PUTHOFF: That’s a fair concern. This 22 million dollar program was one particular program. That does not say that there were not other programs with other funding levels. It isn’t like, suddenly there was this one program that did not last long and did not have that much money and it shut down.
Interest is continuing. Negotiations are continuing. The programs are being looked at. A lot is going on. I and my colleagues spend a lot of time in Washington talking to committees that are looking at this from many different angles. So the general view that, “Oh, it was just one program that came forward and didn’t provide much of value and then it got cancelled . . .”. That’s not really the case.
Also those figures are associated with the figures that went out to contractors. But that does not mean that people within the system aren’t still working on it.
QUESTIONER: For all of us inventors working in our garages, on metric engineering devices, is there going to be a clearinghouse for people to trade discoveries? Just the thing about the frequency shift (to blue). We can all be looking for line shifts with lasers to see if we can generate generate micro effects. Something like that would be incredibly valuable. How can that come out?”
PUTHOFF: We have a Maverick Inventor Program at EarthTech International, my organization, and also at the To The Stars Academy is putting together a research organization. So, if you are doing some metric engineering in your lab and you’ve got some laser shifting a frequency, bring them on; we will look at them.
…and this only the tip of the iceberg. It seems everything (just about) that has been fabulous and too unbelievable in the past 10 years is being shown as true or fact. The dots are starting to hit the wall so hard they echo.
It’s amazing. It’s hard and frustrating and yet, amazing to come back after a ten day absence to ‘normal’ life! The decompression runs a bunch of emotions through you. At least it has for me. I loved being in the desert at 29 palms and with my fader family! I can’t remember when I have had so much fun! I can’t remember when I have been so amazed at all the talents of each of you, all in one place! I can’t remember ever, feeling a unity so bright and beautiful with so many people! If I wandered around looking confused most of the time, it’s because I was overwhelmed with love and amazement for you all. Just looking at you all in the physical, the impact was stunning to me. I lost my words. I had to remind myself to keep my mouth closed, or as mom used to say, ‘the flies would get in!’
I keep up on what all the speakers had to say, It was cool to actually see them and shake their hands. Amazing there too. I spent a lot of time amazed. Because when you meet someone in physical presence – physical proximity, there is so much more there to notice. Tons more information. Like for instance, David Hatcher Childress, he is always so very teacher-ish on the show Ancient Aliens. In real life this man has more energy and fun rolling off of him, Oh my!! Every time I looked at him I had to smile. He is so full of life and happy. So, seeing people in real life is chock full of so much more information.
Jimmy Church is one of those people too. I have never felt so much person, intelligence, crammed into a singular point of being. Ok, yes he’s 6’2″ (everybody is taller than me) but there is a mind and heart of a 70 foot giant in there. And there is an impeccable ethic of heart there too. I watched as he took the high road in situations, actually in every interchange I saw, with everybody and everything. I shouldn’t be so amazed, because that is all in his voice, but the impact of the physical presence – the reality of it was stunning. I consider myself very fortunate to know this person and, that he counts me as friend. Wow. Just WOW!
Rita… There are just no words for Rita. The quiet understanding – that misses nothing! This is a very old soul contained in a short person body (like mine…lol) that sees all and knows and understands all. It was the privilege of a life time to meet her. It was a joy to look into a pair of knowing deep eyes in person. She has my heart and my profoundest respect forever.
The magic that happened at Faderhaus was off the planet. Oh yeah, and the food!!!! We can COOK!!!! Faders can really cook!!!! WOW. We can also really drink….lmao Who knew chilled Vodka shots were so dang delicious? I don’t know how I stayed awake till 5 am (eastern time) three nights in a row, but I did. I was drunk on us – the faders, our guests. I had so much fun!!
Speaking of guests, Sunday night just rocked, all because Jimmy (my hero!!!) invited some friends over. I was delighted to really meet Richard Dolan and Mike Bara!!! Corey Goode is exactly what he says he is, and he is a wonderful gentle person to boot. David Wilcock covers a very sensitive side with all his humor. To say he is an old soul is an understatement, he is ancient. There is no better combination than intelligence, sensitivity and humor. My thanks to Javier for hauling all of his night vision equipment and cameras to the Faderhaus so we could all have our own personal night vision CE5 (meet up) with the crafts and the peoples in them, gratitude to them for showing up!
I don’t know how 4 days could have been more perfect in my book of extraordinary experiences. So yeah, decompression next, back to the mundane, real world, with fresh eyes, and maybe some changes to be made for, what I have seen and the people I have touched and the experiences I have had, have changed me forever.
It’s been a long time coming
It’s going to be a long time gone
And it appears to be a long
Appears to be a long
Appears to be a long time
It’s a long, long, long, long time
Before the dawn
Turn any corner
Hear what the people say
You know that something is going on around here
It surely, surely, surely won’t stand the light of day
And it appears to be a long
Appears to be a long
Appears to be a long
Such a long, long time
Before the dawn
Speak out, you got to speak out against the madness
You got to speak your mind
If you dare
Don’t, no don’t try to get yourself elected
If you do you had better cut your hair
And it appears to be a long
Appears to be a long
Appears to be a long time
Such a long, long, long, long time
Before the dawn
It’s been a long time coming
It’s going to be a long time gone
But you know, the darkest hour
Is always just before the dawn
And it appears to be a long
Appears to be a long
Appears to be a long time
Such a long, long, long, long time
Before the dawn
Curiously, where I seem to have the most problem with all the new information being revealed about the UFO’s and our position in the greater galaxy is, not with the material that Cory good presents but with spiritual component that goes with it, the question of whether the human race can ‘get it’, before it’s too late. The Lo1 ( Law of One) material is but another expression of the Bailey books in slightly less couched language and that was an expression of far older material from Egypt and other mystery schools. I have my doubts that the human race will be able even at this point, to be awake enough to make it out through this current gate way.
My own personal dream is to actually slay the gate keeper and open the door if not for everybody (free will… there is still choice, and some people do not either know they should/could choose and other’s don’t care to and yet still more chose wrongly or negatively on purpose) than at least for as many as possible and honestly, at least me. However, this being a consensus reality, my hope, yes hope… (and I know that means we think things are not rosy and are living there as if we are ‘hoping’ for something else) is that in some way we can make it.
I am trying so hard not to put an emotional gaius (judgment) on this, but is hard not to. It is hard to suspend emotion and simply observe because I so badly want to move on. I remember the fall of Atlantis. I remember dying in the tsunami. I was sitting on a very white cliff, talking with a teacher in a class of many. We were learning to fly in our physical bodies, and I looked up and out at the very azure ocean on a bright sunny day and noticed a very dark blue line on the horizon that was getting bigger as it approached. I looked at my teacher and said, “What is that? As I pointed out to sea. He was an older man with white hair and very blue eyes. He said, looking in to my eyes after looking at the sea. “I will see you again.” And then I died. Maybe that is why I cannot fly in any of my dreams…ever. And I have tried.
I remember being a druid, a Viking, a Tibetan priest, a Gnostic, I was a samurai, my son informed me we lived as American Indians together. I died in the western desert on a wagon train of heat and dehydration. I could never watch the old westerns with my mom when I was little, it always filled me with dread and heaviness. I remember dying on the titanic. There are probably many more and I can probably only remember the ones that keep me on my current path of learning/experience without giving away the current life lessons. I do know that I have been here since Atlantis… its been a long time gone, as the song says….
I do know, that I am tired, I want to move on. It’s time for it to be over. This endless cycle of use and abuse. To that end, my little self, with a little help from ET friends at an early age woke up very early around five years old. I have studied many mystery schools this life time in an effort to finally get it right. I KNOW that the Law of One and Corey’s information are the closest to the real story that we have at this moment on this planet. I know in my gut and heart of hearts that it is right. I DO NOT NEED exterior proof. I KNOW that it is real.
To wit, I also know that the “THEY” of the world have us in a really tight spot and we desperately NEED to wake up, LIKE LAST WEEK! Last nights guest, Mark Dice, on Fade to Black said some chilling things. In part he is right, it could be the time line we are heading for, but with a little help from the awake part of humanity and our ET friends, I hope it is not so. I don’t know about you, but I need to get off this rock, ascend to 4th, or go where ever is next.
I just wanted to say along with the hundreds of other people out there,
CONGRADULATIONS !!!
To the
Jimmy Church Radio Network
Sounds wonderful, Yes? For all the creativity, the guests, the callers, the seekers, the believers, the knowers, the brave intrepid journeyers, the first timers, the Faders and all of you who are a part of this wonderful adventure, thank you too. I have found a place to anchor myself with people who are like me. Something I thought was pretty impossible just a couple of years ago.
To the innovative team of Jimmy and Rita, and the core producer group, I say where ever you go, whatever I need to do to connect, I will.
I’ve been interested, rabid, some would say, about UFO’s and ET’s since I was 6 yrs old or so. I wasn’t shy in high school about asking my dates about how they felt about it either. The first books I ever read about it were the Adamski and Menger books back in 1961. Then life happened and I popped back into all this seriously in 2001. Along the way I read a ton when the best sellers came out, but do you know how hard it is to get a book about UFO’s from the library? Some of them are not even in the state public system, so they are un-orderable. That said in 2001 after babies, a divorce a move and a new career, I quit working for someone else in 2010 and had a LOT of time on my hands. I could listen to C2C again and I found Kerry Cassidy!! While researching Greer I found Jimmy Church on You Tube. I waited with baited breath for every up-load. About the end of May, last year, I got the brilliant idea that I might be able to listen to this live because the grands were out of school and we could all sleep in. The three hour time difference is hard for an old fart like me… lol You all know I have a birthday Sunday and I’m turning 61….er 29 1/2 for the second time… it’s all relative anyway. (Just ask Titor)
I found out that the Sandbox is the best invention EV-AR! (as my daughter would put it) I even called in. (I sound like an IDIOT) And Jimmy was so nice, and tried to help me feel less nervous (yes I noticed that, and thank You, Jimmy)!!! I have made such wonderful friends, and I have decided I am in LOVE with the Faderverse. Then Method created this wonderful amazing totally out-of-sight site.
AND IT JUST KEEPS GETTING BETTER!
When Jimmy brings a famous friend on the air, I feel like that friend is mine too. When he uses his considerable interviewing skills and style to evoke such honesty and incredible information from the guests and the emotions are high, I feel as though I am feeling them right along with the guest. The immediacy of twitter and the information and the insights of the Faders make me feel like I am a PART of the miracle that happens every night F2B is on the air.
In my (here we go again) opinion, F2B is a new evolution, an ascended show, a fifth dimensional creation happening before our ears. It is the MOST AMAZING experience that I have had the privilege to be a part of in my entire life (besides my children…lol). This is disclosure in action, my friends. From the grass roots up, one person at a time, the way it is really going to happen. Not from the top down.
WE ARE DISCLOSURE.
WE Faders and Jimmy and Wonderful Rita. This is IT. Be Happy. We are part of the wave. All because Jimmy decided to follow a dream.
CONGRADULTIONS ON YOUR
FIRST ANNIVERSARY
FADE TO BLACK.
May you continue till the work is done.
Might I say how profoundly grateful I am to be a part of the miracle.
To go to the web site and watch the trailer and read the article click the logo above. It’s pretty cool site too, just loaded with good stuff.
Finally you can watch and or rent and OWN your own CD set. I remember somebody asked that the other night in the sand box.
There are twenty videos of official testimony presentations. You have the option to rent or buy individual videos. All twenty videos can also be rented or purchased together at a discounted rate.
Thank you Renee for the email about this. And to answer your question, its definitely worth a posting. And I suppose that brings me to an explanation about the Kitten Feet article. I really was NOT putting down the immense and immeasurable effort of Mr. Stephen Basset. I just don’t think that the gov’t is going to budge. Not when there is still so much money for them to make off of us. To quote myself in a letter to Renee: The Rain on Congress will get a message out to the public. The govt can just go stick it’s big ugly useless head in the toilet! And flush. Better yet a black hole and flush…
I have a feeling that ‘first contact’ will need to and most probably happen on a person to person basis. Meaning that simultaneously everywhere everyone will have that awakening. Kind of like answering your door bell and your next door neighbor says to you “I’ve been meaning to come over and discuss something with you.” So, you let her in and over coffee at your own kitchen table she proceeds to reveal that she is ET. You’ve known this person for years, had summer barbeques, and evenings around the fire pit talking about neighborly things, watched the kids back and forth contributed emergency cups of sugar…. etc. and all is well.
The reason I show this scenario is because this is one of the only ways that I could see most people dealing with this. Albeit, amazed, jaw-dropped, but ok. Kind of like one of my favorite movies of all time, ‘Paul’. Further, done simultaneously, any powers or people who would get in the way of peaceful first contact, have no say, and can’t interfere. Like waking up after the first snow of the year. Everybody looks outside and sees snow…. It would only be weird if you looked two yards down and that neighbor had perfect summer in his yard. So, it would need to happen by a mechanism we already know and is a part of daily life. So freaking far below anybody’s radar that nobody could stop it and everybody would know. Easily, gently and softly. And joyfully. We always expect big, dramatic, MGM movie stuff to happen. We have been accultured to this by various influences that want us to expect big scary shit, so of course it has to come in as softly as kitten feet.
Why is this important and relevant to the DMR and F2B family? Well, my friends, haven’t you figured out the significance of Jimmy’s work yet? He has become a huge influence in the acceptance of an ET presence in the world. (DMR gets him listened to all over the world…) He is, one person at a time, changing a world view. And while I think efforts like ‘Rain on Congress’ are great and heroic, because in my heart of hearts I don’t think our gov’t has much chance of being viable for too long, it is a fool’s errand. And even if the gov’t was to continue forever, if major changes don’t occur in its structure, I can’t see anything would have much effect on it that would/could potentially change the status quo.
That said, it is my personal opinion that disclosure has already begun at a grass roots level, as an opening up of a belief/value system in many of us. A wider view of what’s going on out in the real world, not the one the current social structure would have you believe. A rule of thumb: when a crystalized structure (one that can no longer evolve) becomes so out of tune with its environment that it no longer serves anything but its continued survival, it shatters.
For all its worth, whatever Jimmy does (or doesn’t do) as long as his focus is asking the question ‘What’s out there?’ and inviting others to speculate along with him, he will have a listenership on whatever forum he chooses. It is my opinion also, that the more his listening body is included in his journey, like the twitter base, the wider his audience will be. It is part of the new paradigm; many minds together and aware of each other that is finding its voice through Jimmy’s work that makes it so magic. When we all listen and tweet, we make a much bigger whole in that moment, and the cohesive energy is immense, addicting and something we all need.
This is available on Kerry’s site to watch even now, just not live. It was a great Interview! Go See! Kerry will post this up to You Tube in the future also.
